Jamie Gittens scored twice as Borussia Dortmund beat Club Brugge in the Champions League.
Last season's beaten finalists went ahead in the 76th minute when England Under-21 forward Gittens shot from the edge of the box and the ball deflected off two defenders before looping into the far corner.
Gittens doubled Dortmund's lead when he produced two stepovers in the box before firing into the bottom corner.
Serhou Guirassy was fouled by Brandon Mechele in added time and converted the resulting spot-kick with a chip down the middle.
The game was played at a frenetic pace with Hugo Vetlesen going close for the Belgian home side as he rattled the crossbar from close range.
Despite the seemingly comfortable scoreline for Dortmund, Brugge had several chances to score.
Raphael Onyedika and Vetlesen had low strikes palmed away by Dortmund goalkeeper Gregor Kobel while Hans Vanaken blazed over from the edge of the box.
Christos Tzolis put a header wide at the far post as Brugge were left to rue missed opportunities with Dortmund scoring three times in the final 14 minutes.
