The attacker lurked at the back post and capitalised on a ball into the penalty area to tap into the net.
Ghana continued to dominate the game after the recess.
Substitute Abdulai Nortey scored in the 59th minute to make it 4-1 after a brilliant buildup from the back.
The vice captain's shot beat the goalkeeper after a deflection in the penalty area.
Benjamin Hanson wrapped up the victory for Kingston's side with a fifth goal, leaving Kazakhstan with no chance of a comeback.
The victory on Sunday means, Ghana picked up two wins from three games in the competition, scoring 11 goals and conceding three.
The Starlets will now turn their attention to preparations for the WAFU B U-17 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers to be staged in Accra next month.
