Black Stars head coach Otto Addo says he is not worried about the possibility of losing his job despite his disappointing results as the gaffer of the side.
Since returning to the post as the head coach, the former Borussia Dortmund man has won just five of 15 games, losing five and drawing the other five; the latter includes a draw against Chad last week in the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
The result in Chad has mounted pressure on Addo ahead of the Black Stars' match against Mali on matchday eight of the qualifiers, with the team boasting just a one-point lead in Group I.
According to him, the statistics citing his performances are irrelevant to him.
"These statistics of my wins and losses are of no use. I’m not afraid of anything, not even getting sacked. We are still on top of Group I, so nothing has changed," he said.
"Game by game, there will be no underrating of any team," Addo added.
Ghana's game against Mali is scheduled for a 19:00 GMT kickoff at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, September 8.
