Gold Stars are determined to make it two wins in a row in the ongoing Ghana Premier League as they host unbeaten Basake Holy Stars at the Dun’s Park on Sunday for a week three clash.
The Bibiani-based side, who defeated Legon Cities in their season opener, missed week two due to FC Samartex's involvement in the CAF Champions League.
Now, they face the newly promoted Holy Stars, who have already impressed with four points from six - stunning Hearts of Oak and securing a goalless draw against last season’s CAF Confederation Cup semi-finalists, Dreams FC.
Will the visitors' unbeaten streak be halted by the home side? Only time will tell.
