The Upper West regional director of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), has disclosed that out of a total of 1,214 clients who took part in theory tests in the region, 32 per cent of them failed.
Zume Thomas disclosed that 19 per cent of the 988 persons who took part in the traffic tests also failed.
The Upper West region office, however, made some marginal gains in their financial transactions.
Mr Thomas made the disclosure during a visit to the region by board members of the Authority.
