Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo, has admitted he has a lot of tough decisions to make ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The senior national team brought an end to their campaign in the Kirin Cup in the early hours of Tuesday, June 14, beating Chile in the third-place playoff game.
With the current international window coming to an end for Ghana, Addo and his technical team have just one more window to make further preparations before the global showpiece in Qatar.
The gaffer, following the shoot-outs win over Chile to finish third, admitted there are lots of decisions to be made before the team takes shape for the mundial.
"This tournament was good for us just to get some corrections and answers. There are a lot of tough decisions to be made," he said during his post-match presser.
"In the first match, you could see that we were tired it was a long flight and we had played two matches before. After Japan scored the third goal it broke us a little bit but in general, I will say I’m satisfied [and] I think we did well.
"This makes it difficult for me to choose the players for the next window [in September] and this will be the last window before the World Cup but any decision will be with me. We will decide which players come in or not," he added.
Ghana will be back in action in September when they face Angola in a double-header in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
