The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) has granted extension to Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL) and Fan Milk PLC for the submission of their unaudited financial statements for the period ending December 31, 2022.
GGBL has up till February 14, 2023 to submit its unaudited financial statement, whilst Fan Milk PLC has before or on February 15, 2023 to do so.
This was in a circular to Licensed Dealing Members, Listed Companies, Custodians, Registrars, among others.
The two firms shares are among the most active traded on the GSE.
Whilst the price of GGBL is going for ¢2.05 per share that of Fan Milk is selling at ¢3.00 per share.
