Black Queens skipper Portia Boakye says the team will play for victory at the Accra Sports Stadium against Guinea though she can't promise goals.
Ghana commands a 3-0 advantage from the first leg after the victory in Conakry last Friday with goals from Vivian Konadu, Doris Boaduwaa and Evelyn Badu.
The team held its final training ahead of the game on Monday evening with all 23 players completing the session ahead of Tuesday's fixture.
Speaking to the media before the training, Portia assured Ghanaians of victory in the second leg of their first-round qualifier.
"As my coach [Nora Hauptle said], we can't promise any goals because if we do and we don't get them [Ghanaians will come for us]," she said.
"[But] of course, we will score Guinea. We are winning the game tomorrow because myself and the other players are ready."
The second leg of the encounter will take place at the Accra Sports Stadium with kickoff set at 16:00 GMT.
