The Hammers confirmed the capture of the 23-year-old on Sunday evening after weeks of speculations.
Kudus joins the East London club on a five-year deal that will run until 2028, with an option to extend for a sixth year.
The Right to Dream graduate turned up for his unveiling with his mother and two brothers by his side.
The heartwarming pictures of him together with his mother at the London Stadium have since gone viral on social media.
Since joining Ajax from Nordsjaelland in 2020, Mohammed Kudus has made 87 appearances for the Dutch giants, scoring 27 goals and providing 12 assists.
He won the Eredivisie twice and the Dutch Cup once during his three seasons at the Johan Cruyff Arena.
