The Repair Hub team from TSGDRIVE in collaboration with ATI launched an on-site diagnostics initiative for selected Bolt drivers at the company's Dzorwulu office in Accra.
This collaborative effort aims to proactively address concerns and conduct necessary repairs, ensuring peak functionality of vehicles on the road in anticipation of the upcoming yuletide season.
As part of the program, the RepairHub team shared invaluable insights on vehicle care and maintenance with participating drivers, underlining the importance of proactive vehicle upkeep.
Emmanuella Osei Sarfo, Business Development Lead of TSGDRIVE, highlighted the significance of the initiative, stating, “As a comprehensive transport technology services provider, offering everything from roadside assistance to on-demand vehicle servicing, we recognised the need to support Bolt drivers.
"Our goal is to ensure their cars are in optimal condition, especially as we approach the Christmas festivities, thereby contributing to reduced road accidents and enhancing overall safety.”
Emphasising the strategic nature of this initiative, she added, “This program is designed to minimise downtime experienced by Bolt drivers due to unexpected breakdowns.
"Well-maintained cars not only ensure smoother rides for users but also reduce inconveniences and cancellations, benefitting both drivers and riders alike.”
Participating drivers expressed their excitement and gratitude, sharing valuable car maintenance tips they gained during the event. They pledged to uphold regular maintenance practices, ensuring their vehicles perform optimally before, during, and after the festive season.
