Emmanuella Osei Sarfo, Business Development Lead of TSGDRIVE, highlighted the significance of the initiative, stating, “As a comprehensive transport technology services provider, offering everything from roadside assistance to on-demand vehicle servicing, we recognised the need to support Bolt drivers.
"Our goal is to ensure their cars are in optimal condition, especially as we approach the Christmas festivities, thereby contributing to reduced road accidents and enhancing overall safety.”
Emphasising the strategic nature of this initiative, she added, “This program is designed to minimise downtime experienced by Bolt drivers due to unexpected breakdowns.
"Well-maintained cars not only ensure smoother rides for users but also reduce inconveniences and cancellations, benefitting both drivers and riders alike.”
