Founder of Arsenal Fan TV (AFTV), Robbie Lyle, says Thomas Partey is a fan favourite at the club are hoping he gets back to the pitch soon.
The Ghana international has played only four games for Arsenal this season missing a chunk of their fixtures.
Partey has been on the sidelines since October when he played for the Black Stars during their friendlies against Mexico and the United States of America.
His absence has affected the Gunners at some point this season and Lyle says the team would have been in a better place if the Ghanaian stayed fit all season.
"[His absence has affected Arsenal] big time. Last year, you could argue that he was one of our best players. He is such a good player," Lyle said.
"If we had him along with Declan Rice in that midfield, I think we would probably be higher in the league."
He added that seeing players injured is a big shame, particularly for a fan-favourite like Partey.
"The other day he came back and suffered a bit of a setback. I feel so sorry for him," he continued.
"No player wants to be injured. He wants to play and we love him in England. The fans absolutely love Thomas Partey. We just want to see him fit on that pitch playing because when he is playing, he is one of the best players in the league."
AFTV Media are currently in Ghana ahead of the watch party for the Premier League game between Arsenal and West Ham United on Sunday, February 11.
