Black Stars head coach Otto Addo has warned his side they face a tricky opponent in Niger in their second group game of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier.
After opening their campaign with a narrow defeat to Angola, Ghana will look to get back to winning ways against Niger.
Niger suffered a 1-0 loss to Sudan in the opening game of the qualifying series and will also be hoping to claim their first point against Ghana.
Ahead of the picture which will be played in Morocco, Addo has cautioned his team to be careful against the Mena on Monday.
"We observed them, we watched a lot of games that they played and they look strong. They have good players on their team and they play together as a team. Like I said, they had some losses, but it was always very, very close and they also had their chances, so we have to be aware of that," he said in his preview of the game.
"They have good strikers, they defend very well, tactically they are well-educated, so it's not going to be easy, but I'm sure that if we do our best, if we can create as many chances as we did in the last game against Angola, we will force the luck to come back to us."
The game against Niger is scheduled to kick off at 15:00 GMT.
