Former Black Stars international Laryea Kingston believes the team needs to find the 'right approach' to games to ensure they turn around their poor run of form.
Ghana has played 10 games this year but has only picked up three wins in that period while they have suffered three defeats as well.
No win in three games of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers has left Otto Addo's chances of making the tournament in a dicey situation.
According to Kingston, the Black Stars have struggled because they have not found the perfect approach to their games.
He, however, believes that balance is needed to complement the quality of the team.
"I know we still have players that can deliver but the approach to the games needs to change. We need to approach our games very well," he said on Game Plan.
The former Black Starlets head coach also called for consistency in the invitation of players for the national team.
"I feel there should be the right consistency in the squad. I guarantee you that from 2019 all the call-ups for the national team, mostly you will see about three to four new faces coming into the squad. I believe we should have a little bit of consistency in the way we do our call-ups," he continued.

The Black Stars were held to a goalless draw at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday, October 10, on matchday three of the AFCON 2025 qualifiers.
The team travel to Libya next for the reverse fixture against James Kwasi Appiah's men on Tuesday, October 15, knowing that anything aside from a win could further damage their chances of being in Morocco next year.
