The much-anticipated JoySports Invitational Tournament kicked off in spectacular style on Saturday, October 26, at the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon.
With high energy and a spirit of friendship, the event set the stage for an unforgettable day of corporate sports action.
It began with a health walk, as participants stretched their legs and enjoyed the scenic route through the University of Ghana stadium. The action then continued, where an aerobics session got the blood pumping.

Teams from 28 corporate organisations gathered on the field, full of enthusiasm and ready for a day of intense competition.
With the tournament draw already complete, the 28 teams began squaring off in thrilling football matches, hoping to advance through the stages and claim the coveted championship trophy.

But the excitement was not limited to football. The day's activities featured a wide variety of events, including the Women’s Penalty Shootout, the adrenaline-filled Mixed 4×100m Relay, Volleyball, Basketball Shooting, and the fun-packed Lime and Spoon Relay.
There was truly something for everyone, ensuring every participant had their moment to shine.

A standout highlight was the CEO’s Penalty Shootout, where some of Ghana’s top executives swapped boardroom suits for football boots to see who had the sharpest shot. The crowd was electric, cheering on the CEOs as they displayed their hidden athletic talents.
