Participants of the 2024 JoySports Invitational Tournament have been awarded GHC 20,000 worth of airtime on Multimedia Group platforms as recognition for their involvement in this year’s competition.
The tournament, held on Saturday, 26th October 2024, at the University of Ghana Stadium, brought together around 30 corporate organisations, reinforcing its reputation as the largest corporate sports event in Ghana.
Each participant will have until the end of the first quarter of 2025 to redeem their airtime for promotional purposes.
“On behalf of management, I would like to announce that every team that participated in this year's event has been awarded GHC 20,000 worth of airtime to be redeemed in quarter one of 2025 to promote their brands or activities that they so wish,” announced David Max-Fugar, Head of Sales at The Multimedia Group.
Expressing gratitude to the companies for their participation, Mr Max-Fugar remarked, “I would like to extend a big thank you to our numerous clients who joined us for the JoySports Invitational Tournament.
"It was a day filled with excitement, relationship-building, and networking, as one CEO described it. We are truly grateful to all the companies, CEOs, and MDs who made this event a success. Thank you for choosing JoySports and for supporting our brands.”

This year’s competition saw the National Petroleum Authority, ARB Apex Bank, and Sapholda Ventures claim the top three positions, standing out among a field of remarkable corporate teams.
The event, put together by JoySports and sponsored by the Minerals Commission, McDan Group, The Luckiest, Skechers, Emigoh Ghana, Peeva Beverages, and Caveman watches
