Afrobeats star Davido has revealed plans to release his fifth studio album next year.
During an interview on The Baller Alert Show, the Feel crooner confirmed that the much-anticipated album will drop “early 2025.”

“We have another coming in a couple of days, it is called ‘Funds’. I featured the current biggest Nigerian rapper, Odumodublvck, and the Nigerian Bryson Tiller, girls love him is name is Chike,” he said.
On his forthcoming album, Davido hinted at its unique African essence: “My album will be coming out early next year. It will be a real African record.”
In the interview, the Afrobeats star also expressed his commitment to remaining in Nigeria, despite opportunities to relocate abroad.
“I have to stay tapped in because why run away from home when others are running there now,” he added.
Born David Adeleke, Davido shot to stardom in 2012 with Dami Duro, a hit single from his debut album Omo Baba Olowo. Over the years, he has released several successful projects, including A Good Time (2019), A Better Time (2020), and his most recent album, Timeless (2023).
