The regional communication officers of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and their deputies have congratulated Godwin Edudzi Kudzo Tameklo, Director of Legal Affairs of the party, on his appointment as the Acting CEO of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA).
Mr Tameklo, an accomplished communicator and dedicated party stalwart, has served the NDC with an unwavering commitment since his student days.
A statement signed by the Dean of the Regional Communications Bureau of the NDC, Richard Kirk-Mensah, at Aiyinasi in the Ellembelle District of the Western Region said the congratulatory message was sent in collaboration with the National Communication Bureau of the NDC.
As a former Deputy Greater Accra Regional Youth Organizer, Mr Tameklo became the party's Director of Legal Affairs.
“His tireless dedication and remarkable contributions, particularly in legal matters, have earned him the admiration and respect of party members across the country,” it said.
The statement expressed confidence that Mr Tameklo, with his extensive academic qualifications, professional expertise, and grassroots connection, would excel in his new role and contribute significantly to the advancement of the National Petroleum Authority.
It commended President John Dramani Mahama for entrusting that strategic position to a competent and loyal party member.
“This appointment is a testament to the President’s commitment to rewarding dedication and competence within the party,” it said.
“The grassroots of the party are undoubtedly elated by this opportunity afforded Comrade Tamaklo and we pledge our unwavering support and prayers for his success in this new capacity.
“We trust that he will make an indelible mark at the National Petroleum Authority and bring honour to the NDC.
