Ghanaian players have once again made giant strides in Europe over the weekend, with many putting up standout performances for their teams.
Two players scored in the top five leagues, while several others impressed for their clubs.
Here’s a wrap-up:
Antoine Semenyo scored his seventh league goal of the season to seal a commanding 5-0 win for Bournemouth over in-form Nottingham Forest. He also has three assists in 22 league appearances.
The 25-year-old is now one shy of the eight Premier League goals he scored last season.
Also in England, Salis Abdul Samed started his first game for Sunderland since joining from Lens in the summer, helping secure a 2-2 draw against Plymouth in the Championship.
In France, Ernest Nuamah scored his first league goal of the season for Lyon in a 1-1 draw against Nantes. He has two goals and one assist across 21 games in all competitions this season.
Meanwhile, Abu Francis provided assists in consecutive games to help Cercle Brugge earn a 1-1 draw away at Charleroi in the Belgian Pro League.
The 23-year-old has four assists in 23 league appearances.
Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer scored a stunning goal for Hamburg against Hertha Berlin in the German second tier, marking his ninth league goal of the season.
This is the highest tally he has ever achieved in a single season of his professional career.
