Legon Cities will be desperate for a win when they host Vision FC at the Legon Stadium on Wednesday night, as they bid to escape the relegation zone.
Head coach of Legon Cities, Yaw Acheampong, will be aiming for all three points to move his team up the Ghana Premier League standings.
Acheampong's side has shown promising form at home this season, winning three consecutive home matches, including a 2-1 victory over Berekum Chelsea.
Legon Cities' home record this season has been impressive, with six wins and one draw so far this season. However, their away form has been a concern, with no wins on the road.
Meanwhile, Nana Agyemang Vision FC has struggled in their recent away matches, losing three of their last five league games on the road, including a 4-1 thrashing by Asante Kotoko and a 2-0 defeat to Bechem United.
Agyemang's side's only away victory was against Accra Lions FC during matchday two, but they will need to put in a strong performance to win against a determined Legon Cities at home.
Both teams are involved in a battle for survival on the league standings, with Legon Cities currently sitting in 16th place with 20 points, while Vision FC is 14th with 23 points.
A win for Legon Cities could potentially lift them out of the relegation zone, while a loss could deepen their woes.
Vision FC, on the other hand, will be seeking to bounce back from their recent away defeats and avoid the drop zone.
