Black Stars Management Committee Chairman, Dr Randy Abbey, has revealed the senior national team will be involved in a four-nation international tournament in the next international break.
According to him, the opportunity is expected to be a good opportunity for the technical team to continue rebuilding with the players.
The Black Stars enjoyed a successful March international window, picking up six points in their 2026 World Cup Qualifier games against Chad and Madagascar, taking them to the top of Group I.

The next time the team gets into competitive action, according to the FIFA calendar, is in September. However, Dr Abbey reveals the team could be involved in friendlies in June.
"Fortunately, the technical team and management will have the opportunity to further work on the team because, in June, we don’t have qualifiers, so we will be playing a four-nation friendly in England. And I am sure that it will be an opportunity for the coaches to do some further work on the team," he told 3Sports.
"We are hoping that some of the players who are injured will also be back and will be able to get an opportunity to play at least two games before the September matches."
