Dreams FC secured a crucial win against Karela United in a Ghana Premier League match on Sunday, April 27, 2025.
The visitors scored twice in the first half through Abdul Razak Salifu on 13 minutes and Joseph Esso in the 27th minute. Karela United managed to score one goal after the break but couldn't avoid their fourth defeat in five matches.
The win, which is Dreams FC's first in four league matches, sees them move to 10th position with 40 points.
Karela United, on the other hand, remains in the relegation zone with 29 points after the defeat. The Pride and Passion will now face a tough trip to league-leading Bibiani Gold Stars in their next match.
Dreams FC will have a two-week break before their next match against Asante Kotoko, who recently appointed their former coach Karim Zito.
