Asante Kotoko head coach Abdul Karim Zito has admitted his side are in for a big game this weekend when they face Bibiani GoldStars.
Just two points separate the two teams ahead of this weekend’s meeting with both teams eyeing the Ghana Premier League title.
Despite their recent good run of form, Zito believes playing away against GoldStars is the worst thing that could have happened to his side but they are gearing up for the challenge.
“The approach will be very serious, but we should admit it; we are going to meet one of the best teams in the league on Sunday,” he said as he previewed the game.
“They are very good, and they have more advantage by playing at home, so it doubles our task in meeting them, so we are preparing towards that."
Kotoko will be hoping they could leapfrog the Miners into second position at least at the end of matchday two before targeting Nations FC’s spot.
