Two dedicated listeners of Joy FM have advanced to the final round of the station’s Escape to Asia with aKorfa promotion, following a tightly contested semi-final stage.
The semi-final saw three contestants: Adwoa, Mark and Alfred, compete live on Ignition, where they answered questions on English, Math and general knowledge. At the end of the session, Adwoa and Mark emerged as the top two contestants.
The final showdown is set for Thursday, 26 June 2025, where one of them will win the ultimate prize: an all-expenses-paid trip to two Asian countries alongside aKorfa, host of Ignition on Joy FM.
The promotion is part of Joy FM’s 30th anniversary celebration and is being organised in partnership with Adansi Travels, one of Ghana’s leading travel and tour companies known for curating memorable international travel experiences.
Escape to Asia with aKorfa promises a unique adventure, offering the lucky winner a chance to explore iconic destinations such as the vibrant streets of Kuala Lumpur and the pristine attractions of Singapore.
The host, aKorfa, known for her velvety voice, her engaging style of presentation and fluency on Ignition, which airs Monday to Thursday from 1 pm to 3 pm.
