After their encouraging result in their first outing in the Ghana Premier League, Hohoe United are back at home this weekend.
The newly promoted side will host Young Apostles in what will be their first home game of the season.
Hohoe United come into the fixture on the back of a decent result against Hearts of Oak last weekend.
Despite being a man down at some of their first game in the top flight, the Hohoe-based side kept their composure and ensured they got a point at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Young Apostles, on the other hand, were left frustrated following their first league game of the 2025/26 campaign.
Having survived relegation at the tail end of last season, the Wenchi-based side were hoping for a strong start to the new season.
However, they were dealt a huge blow as they were beaten by Medeama SC in their opener last weekend.
They come into this weekend’s fixture hoping to get back to winning ways and recover from the previous loss.
A win for either of the two teams would take them to the tops half of the table before the Sunday games kickoff.
The encounter between Hohoe United and Young Apostles kickoff Aton Saturday, September 20, at the Hohoe Sports Stadium.
