Head coach of Ghana's U-17 men's team, Prosper Narteh Ogum, believes his side is well-prepared to seal qualification to the next U-17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament ahead of their game against Nigeria.
The Black Starlets come up against Nigeria in the semifinal of the ongoing WAFU B U-17 Cup of Nations, hoping to seal a final place and book a place in Morocco for the continental tournament.
Ogum's boys advanced to the final four following their 3-1 win over Niger in their final Group A game last week, setting up a clash with the Nigerians.
Speaking ahead of the game, the coach said, "We feel good. Everyone is okay, and the common spirit of the team is very high, and the boys are confident, and each of them is very ready to get the results to book a place for the AFCON in Morocco."

"In terms of the errors we committed in our previous games, we have identified them through video sessions and we’ve worked on them, so we expect that there will be an improvement over the defensive shape that you saw in our previous games."
The game against Nigeria is scheduled to take place at the Charles Konan Banny Stadium in Yamoussoukro at 19:00 GMT on Tuesday, September 30.
