The Black Stars held a recovery training session at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday after their dominating 5-0 win over the Central African Republic in their penultimate 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
The team arrived in Accra in the early hours of Thursday and moved straight to camp in readiness for their final Group I encounter against Comoros.
All 24 players took part in the recovery session, with those who played few than 70 minutes going through field work and shooting drills. The team will continue their preparations on Friday and Saturday before facing Comoros on Sunday.
Ghana leads Group I with 22 points after 9 qualifying matches, having won 7, lost 1, and drawn 1. The match against Comoros will take place at the Accra Sports Stadium at 19:00 GMT on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
