Otto Addo is confident the Black Stars can upset Japan in their 2025 Kirin Challenge Cup encounter.
Japan will host Ghana on Friday, November 14, in the latter's first game as part of their Asia Tour.
The fixture will be the third meeting between the Black Stars and the Samurai Blue since 2018. Japan beat Ghana 4-1 in the competition three years ago, with Otto Addo in charge.
As part of preparations for the 2026 World Cup, the two countries will come up against each other once again, with Addo confident his side has what it takes to claim a win.
"I think so far everything went well with the organisation," he said at the press conference on Thursday.
"It will be difficult for us, but I know we also have the strength to beat Japan."
Ghana play Japan at 10:20 am on Friday before facing South Korea four days later.
