UK-based Ghanaian journalist Rahman Osman is confident about the Black Stars' chances against England in Group L of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Ghana will face the Three Lions, who are ranked 4th in the world, for the first time in a competitive match.
Their only previous meeting came in 2011, when Asamoah Gyan scored to cancel out Andy Carroll's opener in a friendly.
"I'm quite delighted Ghana gets to play England," Rahman said on JoyNews.
"I cannot believe that this is a match in the making for so many years.
"England has been home to a lot of legendary Ghanaian players. As Ghanaians, we play very well against teams we think we can be better at."
Ghana will open their campaign against Panama on June 17 before subsequent group matches against England and Croatia.
