Former Germany head coach Joachim Low has brushed off talks of replacing Otto Addo as Black Stars boss claiming there’s been no contact.
There were widespread reports of the 2014 World Cup-winning coach being contacted by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to lead the team to the upcoming mundial.
While the reports continue to grow, Low says there has been no conversations over the Ghana job.
"No one officially spoke to me about Ghana,” he told Sky Sports.
He, however, mentioned that he is willing to go into active management again if he gets a competitive offer.
“Basically, I said that I don't want to say goodbye to retirement now. Especially when there is once again an interesting offer and a good perspective," Löw added.
“As far as my experience is concerned, that would also be the best for me."
Otto Addo was sacked as Black Stars boss following g the 2-1 defeat to Germany in Stuttgart last Monday.
