CAF has provided an update on ticket sales for the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025.
Starting from October 28, 2025, at 12:30 PM (CET), nationals from Egypt, Tunisia, South Africa, and Zambia who do not possess biometric passports can now use the manual data entry option on the YALLA app.
This new measure allows applicants to obtain their Fan ID and Electronic Travel Authorisation to Morocco (eVisa/AEVM) — both of which are mandatory before purchasing match tickets via CAF’s official ticketing platform.
The Organising Committee emphasised that each Fan ID entitles its holder to one ticket per match, and acquiring it through the Yalla app is a prerequisite for all ticket purchases.
Fans are advised to use only the official CAF ticketing website — https://tickets.cafonline.com — and the Yalla app website — https://www.yallamorocco.ma — for authentic transactions. Any other platform claiming to sell tickets is fraudulent and must be avoided.
To support applicants, a dedicated customer service line (+212 5 30 30 20 30) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, assisting in Arabic, English, and French. Inquiries can also be sent via email to info@yallamorocco.ma.
The Organising Committee thanked supporters, media representatives, delegations, and partners for their continued enthusiasm and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a smooth and secure fan experience.
