Musicians Gyakie, Black Sherif and Camidoh have been nominated in the 2023 Headies Awards held in Nigeria annually.
The three Ghanaian artistes were nominated in the Best West African of the Year category alongside Liberia’s The Therapist.
Meanwhile, the ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ hitmaker Black Sherif landed another nomination in the African Artiste of the Year category.

He is battling Nigeria’s Burna Boy, Morocco’s Marwa Loud, Tanzania’s Diamond Platinumz and Nigeria’s Rema.
Also, Grammy Award-winning artiste Burna Boy leads the nominations with 11 nods.
Meanwhile, although the nominations list is out, organisers are yet to confirm an official date for the award ceremony.
