Vision FC will welcome Medeama SC today at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex in Tema for their Matchday 13 fixture in the Ghana Premier League.
The newly promoted side will be looking to return to winning ways following the resumption of the league, having gone seven games without a victory. This poor run has largely been due to the team’s weak attack, which has failed to score in their last five games.
As a result, Vision FC currently sits in 16th position on the league table with a record of two wins, five draws, and five losses from 12 matches. The team has scored only six goals while conceding eleven.
Meanwhile, Medeama SC has been in impressive form this season, putting themselves firmly in contention for the league title.
The Tarkwa-based side is currently 4th on the table with 21 points, just two behind league leaders Bibiani Gold Stars. They boast a record of six wins, three draws, and three losses from 12 matches.
Medeama comes into this game on the back of two consecutive victories over Young Apostles and Bibiani Gold Stars and will be eager to secure another win against Vision FC to strengthen their title push.
