Union Saint-Gilloise striker Mohammed Fuseini has set his sights on scoring “a lot of goals” in next season’s UEFA Champions League.
The 23-year-old, who made his debut during the playoffs with Sturm Graz in 2023, now has the chance to feature from the group stages.
The Belgian side will compete in Europe’s top-tier competition after emerging champions of the 2024/25 Pro League.
“For me, I just hope we start the season really well because last season we didn’t start well,” He told JoySports.
“I want to be the top scorer of the league, score a lot of goals in the league and the Champions League. I want to like 10-15 goals in the first half of the season, and I can take it from there, come back for the second half of the season and get as many goals as I can.”
The Black Stars forward featured as one of two centre-forwards last season, netting 11 times and providing three assists.
