Nigerian Singer, Paul Okoye of the defunct P-Square group has tested positive for coronavirus.
Taking to Instagram to tell fans, the singer said he has been fighting the virus for over 10 days.
"Some will say, “experience is the best teacher". Oh well, the experience and the teacher have visited me, and they’ve been dealing with me," he wrote.
Paul Okoye urged people to take the virus seriously adding that "This is not funny. It is the worst sickness ever".
The singer stated that he understands many people have their views and suspicions when it comes to the existence of Covid-19 but he would rather they be safe than sorry.
"You all better be careful out there. If you like, believe me, if you like don’t believe me. You can as well wait for your own experience by playing ignorance. Goodluck. God help us all.”
