After two weeks of coaching on diets, exercises, the dos and don’ts of healthy weight loss and its benefits, the Cosmopolitan Mix team organised its first workout session for its 30 days weight loss challenge.
The event took place at the Labadi Beach Hotel, Saturday at 6:00 am.
The Workout Session saw the participants exercising while following the instructions of the weight loss coaches, Clinical Biochemist, Ada Enwere and Certified Wellness Consultant, Clifford Ladzekpo.

The participants also got to have a one on one with these coaches who addressed some of their concerns about the weight loss journey.
Present at the venue was Tv and Radio personality, Naa Ashorkor, Actress Ama K. Abebrese, Baaba Tandoh, host of Cosmopolitan Mix, Mamavi Aboagye, Joy News’ Becky and Hitz FM’s Doreen Avio.

Participants after the event were pleased to have joined and requested for more workout events each weekend.
For its next workout session, the team is scheduled to join ‘A Walk With Lexis Bill’, on August 31.

The weight loss campaign began on August 1, on your favourite brunch show on Joy FM, Cosmopolitan Mix. The 30 days campaign aims to guide listeners on how to go about losing weight within 30 days, the healthy way.
The team has a WhatsApp platform where the coaches share daily tips for workouts and diets.
Also, the coaches also educate listeners on weight loss during the Cosmopolitan Mix from Monday to Friday at 10:00 am.
