The Supreme Court on Tuesday, January 19, heard the John Mahama election petition.
The main business for the day was a request by the NDC's 2020 flagbearer, John Mahama that the EC admits to certain facts.
The pre-trial conference which is to determine how the case proceeds was also an issue up for discussion.
