Asante Kotoko face FC Samartex at the Len Clay stadium in week seven of the Ghana Premier League.
Kotoko, who are currently second in the table with 11 points, return home after their friendly match against DC United in the USA.
The Porcupine Warriors remain unbeaten after six matches and will look to extend that run at the Len Clay Stadium.
They are expected to switch from their usual 4-3-3 formation to a 3-5-2 setup for this encounter.
Their opponents, FC Samartex, are the defending champions but have had a stuttering start to the season.
They sit fourth with 10 points, and a win will see them leapfrog Kotoko in the standings.
However, with only two victories so far, Samartex will need to improve their form to secure a positive result in Sunday's encounter.
