Customers of Radiance Petroleum are enjoying some goodies as the company marks its Customer Service Week.
The indigenous oil marketing company (OMC) is giving away fuel top-ups, T-shirts and many other goodies to customers who visit their station across the country.
Management of the company says as they celebrate the very essence of their existence as a company, the staff will be reminded of the importance of the customer.
The Managing Director of Radiance Petroleum, Emmanuel Pobee said, “Customer should expect more fuel and value for money. They will experience a friendly oil marketing company as we live our motto, You deserve the best fuel.”
The Customer Service Week started on Monday and will end on Friday, October 11, 2019.
Mr Pobee also expressed concern about the dwindling margins of OMCs due to intense competition as a result of the deregulation exercise.
He called on the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) to take a look at the challenge which according to the Bulk Oil Distribution Company (BDCs) is threatening the survival of some players in the sector.
