One of the fans who got injured during Medikal’s maiden ‘Welcome to Sowutuom’ is fighting for his life at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
Frank Arhin was one of the people who had some of the large speakers at the event fall on him during Shatta Wale’s performance.
The 18-year-old had his neck broken and fixed with a cast.
He has also developed a huge sore on his buttocks and other parts of his body including his penis.
According to doctors, he can no longer breathe nor walk properly.
In an interview with Adom TV’s Sergio Manucho, Frank Arhin said he has been through a lot since the incident.
“I have been at Korle Bu Hospital for the past 4 months and I have no one to pay my bills,” he said.
Frank’s bill is about ¢4,600.
Frank, who has lost both of his parents, said he would be grateful if the public comes to his aid to help foot the bill for his treatment.
