Asante Kotoko board member Dr Kofi Amoa-Abban has touched the hearts of some players of the club by donating food items to them on Wednesday afternoon.
Dr Amoa-Abban, Chief Executive of Ringworld donated to all Muslim players to put a smile on their faces ahead of Friday’s Eid-ul-Adha celebrations.
A total of 10 players benefited from the commendable gesture from the businessman.
There are midfielder Mudasiru Salifu, Ibrahim Danlad, who played on loan for Berekum Chelsea, Osman Ibrahim, and Burkinabe striker Naby Keita.
Also, Kwame Baah, Ismail Ganiyu, Mohammed Habib, Ibrahim Moro, Abass Mohammed and Wahab Adams.
The players were pleased with the gesture done by their board member and showered him with praises. They also asked Allah to bless him.
Dr Abban was appointed onto the new Kotoko board led by Dr Kwame Kyei last month.
