The New Patriotic Party is optimistic it will sweep all 23 parliamentary seats in the Central Region.
Kennedy Agyapong, who is the Assin Central MP said in an interview that the governing party is winning not less than 21 seats in the December general election.
The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) after the 2016 elections won four parliamentary seats in the Region but Mr Agyapong on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen show said the NPP will take them back.
According to him, the NDC is just building castles in the air because the NPP has worked actively in the Region compared to them.
Mr Agyapong said the NPP MPs and parliamentary candidates were working with the grassroots for a resounding victory.
