Ghanaian finance company, DCI Microfinance Limited is celebrating its ninth year in the operation.
The company as part of its activities has decided to commemorate this milestone with a Customer Delight Pledge.
In a press release, its Head of Corporate Affairs, Elizabeth Dorcas Adade, emphasized the company’s commitment towards further enhancing clients' experience.
“The Customer Delight Pledge is a promise to existing and potential customers that DCI will create a positive and memorable experience for customers of the organization,” the April 19 statement read.
The Deposit-Taking Microfinance Company was licensed by the Bank of Ghana in 2012 to conduct business.
With its head office in Asylum Down, the company envisions becoming he top financial service provider in the country “in the eyes of its customers, employees, shareholders and all other stakeholders.”
DCI Microfinance Limited is an award-winning microfinance institution in Ghana, known for investments, invoice discounting, contract financing and payroll loans.
