Great Olympics captain Gladson Awako has issued a 'come-and-get-me plea to Hearts of Oak' as he looks to force a move this window.
Awako, who joined Oly Dade in 2019, has emerged as a top target for the Phobians.
Samuel Boadu is looking to augment his squad ahead of the CAF Champions League next season and Awako joins a list of players linked to the club.
So far, personal terms between the 30-year-old and Hearts have been agreed with a deal looking imminent.
“I am ever ready to join Hearts of Oak. I am a footballer and that is my work, he spoke to Atinka FM.
“If I feel moving to Hearts of Oak will help my career why not.
“Even Harry Kane is moving from Tottenham Hotspur just to get the chance to play in the Champions League," the midfielder added.
The former U20 World Cup winner’s contract with Olympics expires in October and Oly Dade won't like to lose him for free.
Awako helped Olympics to a sixth placed finish this season, scoring seven goals and providing 6 assists.
