It took Charles Akonnor just 10 games to lose his job as Black Stars coach. Despite many Ghanaians deeming the sack as the right call, it only solves a part of a bigger problem.
There are fundamental challenges with the national team that needs to be addressed in order to end the 39-year wait for a trophy.
