It was a showdown of three high-spirited schools that all had something to prove and a lot to lose.
Adisadel College, known as the Zebras for their iconic black and white colours were the top dog who have become used to sailing into the Grand Finale were not prepared to be eliminated by otherwise underdogs in just the quarterfinal.
For Tamale SHS (Tamasco) they have, time and again, tried and failed to make it past the quarterfinal.
Their last campaign, ending at the hands of Adisadel.

Hosts, Kumasi Academy had the hearts of all the Ashanti Region behind them, being one of the favourites in the region where the competition is being hosted for the first time.
But Tamale SHS proved to be the ones who wanted it most and as they promised before the contest, they devoured the Zebras and the antelopes as they tagged Kumasi Academy.
Tamasco took charge of the contest from start to finish and have made it to the semifinal where they face Keta SHTS (Ketasco) and Cape Coast’s Wesley Girls SHS (Wey Gey Hey).
