The Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Tuesday, October 18, conducted the pairings for the preliminary round of the 2022/23 MTN FA Cup season.
The draw, which was done at the GFA Secretariat saw clubs in the same zone being paired against each other. The nature of the draw sees a host of local derbies in the prelims of the cup competition.
Division Two side, Skyy FC, who were eliminated in the quarter-final stage last season, will come up against Betenase United while Steadfast FC and Tamale Soccer Angels go head-to-head.
Hearts, who are the defending champions, and the other 17 Premier League clubs will join the competition in the next round.
