Dancehall Musician and owner of the ride-hailing service Shaxi Shatta Wale have disclosed that Ghanaian rapper and close Medikal bought six cars for the company.
In an interview on 'U Sey Weytin', he disclosed that the ‘Omo Ada’ hitmaker has put some capital into the ride-hailing service company, and also bought six cars for the drivers of the company.
“Shoutouts to Medikal. He is the only person I told about this whole business and he injected some capital into it. He bought six cars for the company.“
Shatta wale also shared that the company has 2,500 active drivers but has 100,000 drivers registered on the app.
“For now, I can say we have 2,500 drivers only in Accra, and per those who have downloaded the app as drivers we have 100,000 drivers.“
Shaxi was brought into the limelight by the ‘My Level’ hitmaker in July 2021.
‘Shaxi’ short for “Shatta Taxi,” Shatta Wale revealed, it is part of the efforts he is making to provide jobs for some of the youth in various communities.
He also made it clear that he is the owner of the ride-hailing service, and that he is the one funding the business.
