Crystal Palace manager, Roy Hodgson, singled out Ghana international Jordan Ayew for praise following the forward's role in the win over Leeds United over the weekend.
Jordan was impressive in the 5-1 win over Leeds away from home in Premier League on Sunday, scoring two goals on the day.
The performance was arguably the 31-year-old's best in the 2022/23 season for the Eagles and didn't go unnoticed as his gaffer lauded him.
"If I had to single somebody out that doesn't get a lot of praise it would be Jordan Ayew," Hodgson said in his post-match comments.
"Not only his two goals, but his enormous work rate helped us enormously in the game and that set a bit of a marker."
With three goals over the weekend, Jordan has now netted three goals in England's top division with the other being on December against Bournemouth.
