As promised, Joy Prime has finally unveiled the 18 contestants representing six technical universities at the launch of the maiden season of Big Chef Tertiary.
The launch is the start of the hunt for young chefs with the best culinary skills ready to make their schools proud.
The heads of departments of the schools after going through a series of riveting audition processes, handpicked three students each to show their cooking prowess on the show.
The launch of Big Chef Tertiary Season 1 saw all 18 contestants from Ho Technical University, Accra Technical University, Koforidua Technical University, Cape Coast Technical University, Kumasi Technical University and Takoradi Technical University.
The 18 contestants while talking to the host, Michelle Agyekum at the launch, revealed that they are more than ready to impress both judges and viewers with their exceptional culinary skills this season.
They also solicited for the votes and support of the audience, schoolmates, teachers, friends and family as they work hard to bring the ultimate price home.
