The MTN FA Cup champions have been drawn in Group C where they face competition from Nigerian side Rivers United, Club Africain of Tunisia and APC Lobito who are based in Angola.
Dreams are one of two clubs that will represent Ghana on the continental stage this season, the other being Medeama Sporting Club.
Dreams sealed their slot for the group stage after overcoming FC Kallon in the final round of qualifiers with a 3-2 aggregate win becoming the first Ghanaian club to reach the CAF Confederation Cup group stage since Asante Kotoko under CK Akonnor in 2019.
The group-stage games are expected to be played between November 26, 2023, and March 3, 2024.
